Here's What to Know Before Your First Day
MA State-Approved Course
This is the mandatory 40-hour pre-licensing course required by the state of Massachusetts to sit for your Real Estate Salesperson Exam.
Textbooks Included
Your textbooks are included in your enrollment fee and will be provided on the first day of class. Please bring a notebook and pen for notes.
Plenty of Parking
Free on-site parking is available. No need to stress about finding a spot before class, just show up and head right in.
Food, Water & Snacks Nearby
Feel free to bring your own water and snacks, but we will have some on-site as well. There is also a McDonald's across the parking lot and a CVS close by.
