Classes are held live, both in-person at the Lamacchia Realty – Fall River office (1630 President Ave, Fall River, MA 02720) and via Zoom for those joining remotely. The next session starts July 21, 2026, meeting Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings from 6:00–10:00 PM for 10 sessions.
No, Rosewood Real Estate School provides the mandatory 40 hours of pre-licensing instruction. Upon completion you'll receive a certificate and instructions for scheduling your exam through the state's approved testing provider.
