This course provides the mandatory 40 hours of classroom instruction required to apply for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam.

Please note: Rosewood Real Estate School does not administer the licensing exam. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate of completion with instructions on how to schedule your exam through the appropriate state testing provider
