PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information by Rosewood Real Estate School, LLC (the "School") through its website (the "Site"), enrollment processes, and course participation systems. This Policy applies to all visitors, prospective students, enrolled students, and others who interact with the School through the Site. It does not govern third-party websites linked from the Site. This Policy is intended to comply with applicable federal and Massachusetts state privacy laws, including the Massachusetts Data Privacy Law.
Information We Collect. The School collects personal information in the following ways: (a) information you provide directly, including: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address; account login credentials; course registration data, and academic records; payment and billing information (note: payment card data is processed directly by our third-party payment processor and is not stored by the School); communications you send to the School, including inquiries, feedback, and support requests, and (b) Information collected automatically which may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers; pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs cookies and tracking technology data.
How We Use Your Information. The School uses personal information for the following purposes: processing applications, managing enrollment, tracking course participation, and issuing certificates; regulatory compliance; recordkeeping and reporting obligations under Massachusetts real estate licensing laws; providing updates related to your enrollment or account; marketing and business development; and, sharing information with affiliated entities for recruiting purposes.
Your opt-Out Rights and Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing and promotional communications from the School at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting the School directly. Opting out of marketing communications or affiliate sharing will not affect your receipt of transactional or administrative messages related to your enrollment or account, which are necessary for the School to fulfill its obligations to you.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies. The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Site and to analyze usage patterns. The types of cookies we use include:
(a) strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function, including session management and security features. These cannot be disabled; (b) analytics cookies: used to collect information about how visitors use the Site, such as pages visited and time spent. We may use tools such as Google Analytics for this purpose; (c) marketing cookies: used to deliver relevant promotional content. These are only placed where permitted by applicable law. Incorporation. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into both the School's Website Terms of Use and the Student Enrollment Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and those agreements with respect to privacy matters, this Policy shall control.
